1st sept
Definitely a BAD DAY TODAY...Jus took over frm the night shift n my pt HAD TO FALL DOWN. at 7 AM!!! wad else can i say? haiz... this is my first. i wonder do the seniors hv any pts who fall under their care? cos afterall, they're human too. thankfully (to God), pt had been hving falls at home, n the family oso know she's prone to it, so they dun blame me. Now i wish all the chairs hv a belt to it. STRAP all of them up...n finally can raise "e-hor", it doesn't wana log me in. gotta get the password all over again.and... there was another FALL!!! in the afternoon, not the same pt.wad on earth happen today huh? yesterday during roll call, "Sister" jus said august had 4 . cannot hv such high fall rates. today... 2, and it's oni the start of SEPT.the assistant director of nursing came today. luckily, she didn't speak to me. The house officer today is oso poor thing. this mth we hv 3 HOs. today, 2 went off call, including another MO. so the HO is so busy today, with bout 5 admissions??? and... he's on call today. so means... he can oni go hm tml!!! It's not a really gd day for many ppl. Another HO didn't hv a gd day either, n he kinda vented it out on me. but i could totally understand how crappy he felt when the day jus go really bad... how is it like to work in a zoo? at least no falls rite?
