Performing in Changi Prison was a refreshing and unique experience to me. I guess, that was like a once in a lifetime chance of going there to perform. Our performance was not as good as theirs though, a little disappointed, but we had FUN. They sang 'Superwoman' by cao ge & 'wei yi' by Lee hom. And they did it very well, i felt they could join singing competitions and maybe win something. They look similar too, to prevent discrimination, i think. Like their specs are the same design, the clothes they wear. The only difference among some of them is their shoes. I saw one with pink shoes, very striking. hehe... Was a lil afraid of going there initially, but am really glad to go there to perform. They are oso friendly and i felt they shld be given a chance once they stepped out of there, cos their attitude is really gd, n they're disciplined. N they hv to run 10 rounds of the track for training to, cos they oso learn to play music, n build their stamina. MAybe our conductor needs to make us run too, n discipline us. We need to learn smth from these ppl...
After the performance and heading back to sch, i had to rushed back home to change etc. Then go to boat quay, to the MOOMBA RESTAURANT. At first, i didn't wana go there cos when i see their online menu, there was kangaroo meat. but i think the menu was changed yesterday, so there was NO KANGAROO MEAT. whew... that made me happier.
We were there to celebrate the birthdays of 2 aunts of mine. The actual b'dae is on 4 oct, but celebrations were held earlier. It was supposed to be a surprise for my aunt whom is going to turn 50, and we had to go upstairs to HIDE, behind the curtains, n sang b'dae song when she arrived. So, this surprise was considered a success, since she was really happy, and did get a surprise when she arrived. Now, i wonder wad to do when my dad n mum turn 50. Veri troublesome leh...
Toasted bread was served first, and u can dip the bread into olive oil with vinegar. taste better with it, then without.

Then for appet... caesar salad.
Spatchcock for main... which sound like a rude word. It has chicken in it, with mushrooms and a veg-like long bean but looks classier than the long bean, thinner and darker looking. Very nice, though the steak was more delicious.

And as usual, the eldest cousin doesn't eat finish again. Nth new... TO Ms Chan, u noe hu u r... DUN TAKE PHOTOS WITH ME OK??? I look ROUNDER with u beside me. one arm's length away frm me. HEE!!! = )
Lastly, we had CHOCOLATE for dessert! The yummiest of them all... OBVIOUSLY... followed with the b'dae cake, oso chocolatey.
